To keep track of the order status and capture attempts, follow the below steps
- Click the Order Desk icon (third icon) on the left panel.
- Open the Placed Orders tab and select the order you want to view.

Navigate to the Status tab under Task Parameters.

Click In Progress to view: Capture attempts | Failure reasons | Capture history | Image thumbnails
