Pixxel sends essential emails like OTPs, account alerts, and order updates. If you're on a corporate or institutional network, these may get filtered unless whitelisted.
Follow the steps below to whitelist our emails
Step 1: Ask Your IT Team to Whitelist the Following:

If you're using a personal email (like Gmail or Outlook), you may also want to mark Pixxel emails as "Not Spam" and add the above addresses to your contact list.
Step 2: Sign Up on the Pixxel Platform
Once whitelisting is complete:
- Go to [Insert Signup Link]
- Fill out the signup form
- Enter the OTP sent to your email to log in
Step 3: Check for Emails
If you do not see an email from Pixxel, try the following:
- Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders
- Search your inbox for pixxel.space
- Confirm with your IT team that the domain and email addresses were successfully whitelisted
