You can join an Aurora organization in two ways:
- Using an email invitation
- Joining directly through the Aurora interface
Follow the steps below based on the method available to you.
Option 1: Join via Email Invitation (Recommended)
If you’ve received an invitation email, this is the quickest way to join.
Step 1: Open the Invitation Email
Look for an email that includes an invitation to join an organization.
Step 2: Click “Accept Invitation”
This will automatically redirect you to Aurora.
Step 3: Complete the Joining Process
You’ll be taken to the screen where you can confirm and join the workspace.
Option 2: Join Through the Aurora Interface
If you prefer joining from within Aurora when you already have a workspace, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to Aurora
Use your credentials to sign in.
Step 2: Open the Organization Menu
Click on the Organization Logo located at the top-left corner of the dashboard.
Step 3: Select “Create or Join an Organization”
Choose this option from the dropdown.
Step 4: Click “Join”
Confirm that you want to join an existing workspace (same interface as Step 3 in the Email flow).
