When will I receive my order?

Once your order is placed, it is activated one day before the selected start date.

Here is the order lifecycle:

• Image capture: Typically completed within 14–30 days, depending on weather conditions and other factors.
• Order delivery: Your imagery is delivered within 72 hours after a successful capture.
• Recapture Attempts: If a capture is unsuccessful, we will automatically attempt to recapture the imagery until the order's end date.
• Track your order: You can monitor the status of your order in the In Progress tab.
• Email notification: You'll receive an email as soon as your order has been delivered.
