  • How to Pay with a Card on Aurora

    Learn how to complete payments instantly on Pixxel using your credit or debit card. 

     

    Note: This mode of payment is only applicable upto $5000. Any payment above that will have to be made via bank transfer.

     

    What You Need
    Supported cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

     

    Quick Steps

    1. Go to the payment page and select Card.
    2. Enter your card details: number, expiry, CVC.
    3. Add your name and billing address.
    4. Review the total, add any Promotional/Discount code if applicable, and click Pay.
    5. Complete any bank authentication (OTP/3D Secure).
    6. You’ll get a confirmation email when the payment is successful.
       

    Tips

    • Match your billing address exactly with your card issuer’s records.
    • Save your receipt for records.

  • How to pay by Bank Transfer

    This method of payment is good for larger transactions or when card payments aren’t preferred.
     

    Note: For payments over $5,000, only wire transfer is available.

     

    Follow these steps to pay securely by transferring funds directly from your bank.

    • On the payment page, choose Bank Transfer.
    • Enter your contact and billing info.
    • Review the order, add Promotional/Discount codes if applicable, and click Pay.
    • You’ll see bank account details. Use them to send the transfer.
    • Once the transfer is verified, the payment will complete and your tokens/subscription update.
    • You’ll receive an invoice and receipt by email.

    • Double-check account details before sending funds.
    • Keep proof of your transfer until you receive confirmation.

    •  Orders can be cancelled if the cancellation request is made 72 hours or more before the start date(date of capture). No charges apply in this case.
    • Orders cannot be cancelled within the 72-hour window before the start date (i.e., less than 72 hours before).
