  • How to Cancel my Order

    This guide explains the process and requirements for canceling your tasking order.

     

    Cancellation Process

    To cancel your order:

    1. Contact Pixxel's support team: Link
    2. Share the order ID

    Cancellation Terms

    •  Orders can be cancelled if the cancellation request is made 72 hours or more before the start date(date of capture). No charges apply in this case.
    • Orders cannot be cancelled within the 72-hour window before the start date (i.e., less than 72 hours before).

  • Request for a refund

    To request a refund for your Pixxel order, please follow these steps:

     

    Contacting Support

    1. Contact Pixxel's support team: Link
    2. Be ready to provide your:
      • Order details
      • Account information
      • Reason for refund request

    Important: Refund requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the image is delivered.

    Note: Refund requests are handled by Pixxel's support team and processing times are 4-7 Business Days.
