Yes, Crop Bio-parameter model is suitable for Hyperspectral Imagery. The crop biophysical and biochemical parameters model estimates crop leaf area index (LAI), chlorophyll, and brown pigment. Input to the model has to be bottom of the atmosphere reflectance images. Users have the flexibility to choose the specific parameter of interest, and the model will generate the output map accordingly.
