Ordering Archive Imagery

This guide walks you through the process of ordering new satellite imagery through the Order Desk. 🛰️

Step 1: Access Order Desk

Navigate to the Order Desk section by clicking "Order Desk" in the left sidebar menu.

Step 2: Create New Order

• Click the "Order Image" button in the top-right corner

• Provide a name for your order
• Select your project from the dropdown menu

Step 3: Define Area of Interest

• Use the map interface to draw your Area of Interest (AOI) or upload an AOI file
  
• Note: Minimum base price applies for areas under 100km²
• Configure your order specifications:

Step 4: Check Feasibility

• Click "Check feasibility" to verify satellite availability for your parameters

• Wait for the system to confirm if the order is feasible
• You can now proceed to add the order to your cart

Step 5: Review and Order

• Add the feasible order to your cart
• Review your cart items and total payable amount
• Click "Place order" to complete your purchase

Note: For recurring orders, ensure you have sufficient tokens in your wallet 2 days before each upcoming occurrence. Cart item feasibility may expire after 6 hours.
