Unable to receive OTP

If you are unable to receive the login code, you can try the following:

Step 1-

Refresh the portal and attempt again later.

Step 2-

Double check your email address.

Step 3-
Clear your cache and try again. You can refer to the below links -

b. Safari
c. Mozilla Firefox

Step 4-
Whitelist our domain. Just ask your network folks to add this domain and email IDs to their whitelist.
